BBC Sport
The BBC is the largest corporation in the world in terms of audience numbers. A public broadcasting service, it provides BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC World Service which broadcast live sport content, including exclusive coverage of tennis around the world. BBC Radio Sport has been a valued LawSports client since 2002. David Law works at major events, including the Grand Slams.
AEGON Championships
The AEGON Championships (formerly the Stella Artois Championships) is the premier grass court tennis tournament in the lead-up to Wimbledon. Played at the prestigious Queen’s Club in London, it has been won by John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors and Pete Sampras. LawSports Managing Director David Law has worked for the event’s media team since 1996, and is currently the tournament’s Media Director.
ATP Champions Tour
The ATP Champions Tour is a circuit of tennis events featuring some of the most famous players ever to compete, such as John McEnroe, Pete Sampras and Bjorn Borg. To participate, players must have been either a World No.1 singles player, a former Grand Slam singles finalist or a singles player on a Davis Cup-winning team. LawSports has provided Communications services for the Tour since 1998, and will staff every event in 2009.
The Masters Tennis
The Masters Tennis is the culminating event on the ATP Champions Tour. It is played at one of the most beautiful venues in the world – the Royal Albert Hall in London. Staged in December, the Masters Tennis is a permanent fixture on the British sporting calendar and David Law has worked at the event since 1998. LawSports has provided full promotional services since 2002.
